By using Warr Room Decompress Inc's services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be made in advance. Payment is due at the time of booking. We have a no refund policy except for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.


Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session to receive a refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the booking and payment.


Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if no alternative slots are available, you will forfeit the session and payment.


Waiver of Liability

Participation in our services involves inherent risks. By booking, you agree to assume all risks and release Warr Room Decompress Inc. from any liability for injuries or damages.


User Conduct

Guests must follow all safety rules and guidelines. Any destructive or dangerous behavior will result in immediate termination of participation without refund.


Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that state.


Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
